The project for the company MEMC, a world leader in the production of silicon wafers for microchips, began with a survey involving the whole of top management, with one-on-one interviews, and the remaining 800 employees, with an on-line questionnaire.
The communication problems that emerged from the survey led to the formation of an internal workgroup on communication.

We designed a Welcome kit, for new employees, and we redesigned the whole communication system on company monitors, by defining categories and hierarchies to arrange the information 24/7.
